Refund Policy

BlandRadio.com Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following terms and conditions for returns and exchanges

1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

• We accept returns on unused, unopened, and unmodified products within 30 days of your purchase date.

• If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

• Items must be returned in original condition, including:

  • Original packaging

  • All manuals

  • All included accessories

             BlandRadio.com requires a receipt or alternative proof of purchase for all returns.

2. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Required

All returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by an RMA number:

1. Contact us by phone or email before shipping your item back.

2. An associate will review your request and provide you with an RMA number if your return is approved.

3. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the return package.

Items returned without an RMA may be refused or delayed in processing.

3. Condition of Returned Items

• The item must be in the same condition you received it.

• All returns must be in the original packaging, with all materials included.

• Any product that has been installed and used may be assessed up to a 50% restocking fee, at our discretion based on condition.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Reconditioned or used products

• Items marked as non-refundable in the product description

• Merchandise missing original packaging, manuals, or accessories

• Merchandise that has been modified, damaged, scratched, painted, written on, or otherwise altered

• Custom products and services, including (but not limited to):

  • Tuning

  • Alignments

  • Echo and talkback boards

• Labor services and upgrades to radios or other equipment

• All amplifiers, including radios with built-in amplifiers

• Batteries (please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty or service)

• Dosy meters (these products carry a 90-day warranty from the manufacturer)

• Products from radio manufacturers that provide direct warranties with the customer

• Radios that have been modified or have a broken seal – all sales are final on these items

 

5. Refunds, Shipping, and Fees

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment, within a reasonable period.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• If applicable, restocking fees (up to 50% for installed/used items) will be deducted from your refund.

 

6. Manufacturer Warranties

Some products are covered directly by the manufacturer’s warranty. In such cases, you may be required to work directly with the manufacturer for repair or replacement. This is especially true for:

• Certain radio brands

• Dosy meters

• Batteries

 

7. Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of BlandRadio.com.
