Shipping Policy

Shipping PolicyBland Radio ships orders to customers throughout the United States. All orders are packed and shipped directly from our location in Bland, MO.

 

Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment. Our business hours are Monday, Tuesday, and Friday 7:30 AM–1:30 PM, and Saturday 7:30 AM–1:00 PM (Central). Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed on our next open day.

 

Shipping Methods We ship primarily via USPS. Our location falls within a UPS remote area, which means UPS automatically adds a $19.95 surcharge per package. We ship USPS whenever possible to avoid this fee.

 

Local Pickup Curbside pickup is available at 604 County Road 701, Bland, MO 65014. Please call us at (805) 635-7373 to arrange pickup before coming by, as staff may be out on tower or field work.

 

Domestic Shipping Only We currently ship to US addresses only.

 

Repair & Service Shipments Sending equipment in for repair? You must call us first at (805) 635-7373 to receive a Service Request Number. Write that number on the outside of your package. Customers are responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping costs.
